The ten large public salaries affected by the rise in income tax

The presidents of corporations like SEPI, Loterías, RTVE or Correos would increase their tax withholding by earning more than 150,000 euros in a year

  These are the presidents of state corporations whose remuneration exceeds - and in some cases more than double - the compensation received, for example, by the President of the Government, whose annual salary is 80,953 euros per year. The heads of these corporations are joined by the president of the Congress, Ana Pastor, who charges 194,500 euros , and whose IRPF will also be affected if the measure in negotiation goes ahead.

State Industrial Participation Company (SEPI). Its current president, Vicente Fernández , is pocketed annually 219,641 euros , the highest salary of the Central Administration. He is responsible for the conglomerate that brings together many public participation companies.

Lotteries of the State. Jesús Huerta Almendro , currently responsible for this company, charges 213,853 euros per year. Until July he was general director of Budgets of the Junta de Andalucía.
